Energage hosts an anonymous survey for the nominees’ employees and evaluates companies based on a variety of factors including leadership, employee satisfaction, company culture, work-life balance, and more. AddShoppers was founded in 2013 by our co-founders, Jon West and Chad Ledford, who have spent their careers in marketing and eCommerce, building brands, and bringing merchants and shoppers together. Here at AddShoppers, we aim to be the trusted digital commerce platform for brands and shoppers known for creating delightful experiences that save people time and money. We have seen tremendous growth over the last few years with a dedicated focus on building strong relationships and helping our merchants reward their shoppers through our products: SafeOpt and Minty.

Our company has really grown in the last few years, having hired 24 employees since January 2021. This growth has enabled us to expand our product offerings, and introduce innovative ways to help brands optimize their web traffic while connecting shoppers with amazing offers.
